Is my house haunted? If so what do i do?

My shower goes on by itself but by the time we reach the bathroom door the shower shuts off. We feel chills we hear voices and we feel like we are being watched. My brother has seen a figure in the television screen and sometimes there's a very potent stench of fish. I was just wondering if there is anything we should be worried about and if we should do anything?
