My neighbors constantly smoke pot, and my house REEKS?

I live in a townhouse, and my neighbors get high constantly. The stench is everywhere in my house, and it's really bothering me. I've talked to them before, and the smell started to die down a little, but now it's even worse. Should I call the cops? I think it's their choice as to whether or not they want to smoke, but they should do it somewhere where it won't effect others. Is there anything that can cover up the smell? I have a sensitive nose, so too many smells or ones that are too concentrated give me a headache. It's all just so frustrating!
