Rate/fix my pokemon black team?

If I were you, I'd switch items with Darmanitan and Conkeldurr. I'd also recomend you'd put your starter in your party. Give Haxorus something like a dragon gem to power up it's moves. Be sure to get rid of Brick Break and replace it with Dragon Pulse. For Krookodile, I'd switch Outrage with Bulldoze. I own all of those Pokemon except Conkeldurr, so I'd know.
