Dugtrio with Sand Force ability?

Dugtrio's new dream world ability is sand force which gives a 33% increase to a ground, rock, and steel move. If I were to give Dugtrio Sand Force and a choice band or life orb while there is a sandstorm, which will be set up by a tyranitar, wouldn't that be an instant overkill to any pokemon who comes in?
