I think I can see ghost? ?

I always see orbs around my house, and I see this girl in a white dress just like standing at the topvof the stairs and in my bathroom downstairs , me and my friends even have communications with them like the first time there was a little girl named Riley we used an yougi board, and she was 6 she said she was tired so we made her a bed on myfriends couch and we said if you need anything open the door, we closed the door an went to go eat it was only us 4 girls in the house and when we went upstairs the door was open, could this actually be a real ghost? Another time we were there it was just us 4 again I wasthe only one in the house they were painting there nails on the porch, and I was upstairs alone I was in the same room that we had experience witth Riley an I was rocking a baby doll in my hands and I looked at the baby dolls eyes and then the door slammed shut....
