Help my girlfriend smells like crap!!?

All of a sudden after a week of going out my gf picked up this disgusting stench. The other day she told me hadn't taken a bath for 5 days. Also she said she forgot to wipe her butt after a **** she had that morning!!! i mean i love her and everything but she stinks of crap and i don't know how to tell her. Her breathe aswell stinks of fish all the time. And whenever i get close i pick up the smell, she its a combination of rotten, cheesy smegma and sheep muck. Her hair is revolting, i dont know when she last washed it. Today she stank of body odour. And the thing is, she's extremely sensitive so as soon as i tell her she'll start crying- what shall i do??
