Smells like cat urine. HELP!?

i would break the contract ASAP! if he takes you to court let it be as you will win the battle. the stench is inside the air conditioning vents apparently. see if just inside your vents...maybe some cat has peed in their. straight up............i would not live in a house like that and dont think a judge would make you. ...leave.
