Does any one know how to eliminate the smell of indian cooking from a rental property ?

The tenants have now vacated the property , unfortunaltely there didnt take their cooking smell with them :( ......what can I do to get rid of it ??, the moment yu open the front door the stench hits yu between the nostrils , and yes the cooking area has been thouroughly cleaned , sanitised , and bleached , other people must have had simliar problems ..thanks :)
