1965 Mustang Exhaust?

Is it possible to run Hooker Comp Headers with 3" collectors to a 2.5" Flowmaster Cat-back exhaust system with 10 series mufflers, and that exhaust system can have long tube headers. Or does anyone know of any long tube headers with 2.5" collectors?
